What is it like to get a call from a coronavirus tracer?

New test and trace schemes have launched in England and Scotland. Northern Ireland already has its own version and Wales' scheme is due to start in early June.

Speaking ahead of her first tracer shift this weekend, "Sarah" tells 5 Live Breakfast's Nicky Campbell "at no point can you reveal who that individual is" if someone asks who might have given them the virus.
