Coronavirus: How a lack of Vitamin-D affects your immunity
People with darker skin often show dangerously low levels of the 'sunshine vitamin' and this can affect their ability to fight an infection such as Covid-19. John Watkins, a professor of epidemiology at Cardiff University, explains his findings and how food supplements should be recommended to people with a Vitamin D deficiency to boost their immune system.
