With hundreds of people sharing taps and toilets, there is little chance to stop the spread of Covid-19 in the Moria refugee camp. So far the camp has not been hit by the epidemic. Dr Hilde Vochten, MSF's medical coordinator in Greece, discusses aid agencies' concerns that it's only a matter of time.
