Hand / Face / Foot Scrub Recipe
Hand Scrub
3 drops Lavender
3 drops Geranium
3 tablespoons caster sugar
20ml of carrier oil or enough to mix to a paste
Combine all ingredients together and use daily to keep hands soft, smooth and supple
Foot Scrub
3 drops Lavender
3 drops Geranium
4 drops Peppermint
2 tablespoons of sea salt or regular sugar
20ml or enough carrier to mix to a paste
Combine all ingredients and use after soaking feet in water for 20 mins
This will remove dead skin cells, freshen the feet and care for the skin. Wash feet after with warm water.
Face Scrub
3 drops Lavender
3 drops Geranium
2 drops Tea Tree
20ml carrier oil
2 tablespoons of oatmeal
Mix all ingredients together and massage into the face every other day for smooth, problem free skin
Variations for Face Scrub Recipes:
For acne or spotty skin increase to 4 drops of tea Tree
For dry skin add 2 drops of Rose Oil
For oily skin add 2 drops Bergamot or Ylang Ylang
For even skin tone replace Tea Tree with 4 drops Lemon Oil
