Life-sized T-rex on display in Edinburgh

One of the world's largest T-rex specimens has been rebuilt in Edinburgh as part of a ground-breaking exhibition at the National Museum of Scotland. The exhibition hopes to showcase the latest in paleontological research and to challenge misconceptions about the ferocious beast.

The life-sized skeleton cast of the Tyrannosaurus rex is 12m (39ft) long and has been taken from one of the most complete T-rex specimens in the world which is held in the Museum of the Rockies in the United States. The Nine's Hope Webb has more.
