Referee Coach, Scott Kerr, puts the aspiring football referees through their paces at Scotland鈥檚 state of the art referee training academy, the 鈥榃e Do Know What We鈥檙e Doing Project鈥�.

For some of the candidates, Scott鈥檚 teaching methods are too much, however for others, they have exactly what is needed to become the next big thing within Scotland鈥檚 pool of match officials.
