Pearson: I couldn't find a way to get back to the top
Former Olympic champion hurdler Sally Pearson says she retired from the sport due to persistent injuries.
The two-time world champion wanted to compete at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo and win another gold medal but her body wouldn't allow her to.
Pearson says the sport is in a good place and she's looking forward to watching from the sidelines.
