When it comes to ordering coffee, there are now so many choices it's often hard to know where to begin. Whether it's the type of milk, or how hot you want your drink, no wonder it sometimes takes ages to decide.

Baristas Daniel Horbat in Ireland and Binny Varghese in India tell Emily Thomas that whilst the customer is always right, they sometimes wish people would just keep it simple.
