Sophie, Heidi and Ned are joined by comedian Sarah Keyworth to talk about everything from the early beginnings of humanity to coming out for the first time. Sophie relives how her career got kick-started, Ned decides to become an influencer, Heidi looks at the 'second chance effect', and Steve Ali stresses the importance of claiming a shelf in the fridge.
