Should Scotland have β€˜buffer zones’ outside of hospitals which offer abortions?

Glasgow City Council has still not concluded whether β€œbuffer zones” will be introduced in hospitals despite vowing to explore the idea a year ago.

Pro-life and pro-choice campaigners both feel very strongly on the areas surrounding hospital entrances.
