We Are The Wild
Filmmaker Andrew O'Donnell spends a lot of time outdoors and was recently asked his opinion on how spending time in nature can improve mental health. Humans are adapted to live closely with the wild, that's why birdsong relaxes us and the sound of a burn helps us sleep.
The natural world gives us EVERYTHING and we treat it terribly. As our lives get more complicated and full of stuff and bills and more stuff, these simple things become more precious.
