Senior Conservatives are thinking about an early leadership challenge to Theresa May

Senior Conservatives are set to hold further talks on whether to change party rules to enable an early leadership challenge to Theresa May. Ex-business minister Richard Harrington however doesn't think changing leaders will solve the Brexit problem. The "real issue" is the split in the Tories over how Brexit should happen, he tells Today.
