Turbans and Tales
Turban and Tales is a collection of portraits of British and American Sikhs. The portraits, which have been exhibited in London and across America, showcase the modern Sikh identity, with turbans and beards that are unique to its wearer. Documents tracing the journey of the turban from its roots in early India, to its evolution through the Mughal, Sikh and British Empires are also part of the exhibition. Amrit and Naroop are behind the project and explained why they put it together in this interview with 麻豆社 presenter Ajmal Hussain
