Minister apologises for courts' disruption due to IT failure
A Justice minister has apologised to people affected by the collapse of the main computer network at hundreds of courts in England and Wales. But, answering an urgent question from Labour, Lucy Frazer denied reports that the IT failure may mean some defendants are released before being put on trial.
