Foreign Office makes forced marriage victims pay for their rescue according to report
British victims of forced marriages overseas are being asked by the Foreign Office to pay costs towards their own rescue according to an investigation by The Times newspaper. It found those unable to cover flights, food and shelter were made to take out a loan. Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt is to investigate. Aneeta Prem is the founder of the Freedom Charity which supports those affected by Forced Marriage. She gives her reaction to the story in this interview with 麻豆社 presenter Ajmal Hussain
