That's the chance Guernsey's Maya Le Tissier took when she signed for Brighton and Hove Albion Women, who play their football against the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea in the UK's Women's Super League.
And if that wasn't enough, she's also being managed at Brighton by legendary England player Hope Powell.
She's been telling the 麻豆社's Jenny Kendall-Tobias about what it's like to have your icon as your boss.
