Six Months On - Chief Minister Senator John Le Fondre
It's been six months since Jersey's government was formed.
In their first sitting, States Members elected Senator John Le Fondre to the top job by 30 votes to 19, beating former Chief Minister Senator Ian Gorst who had led the island for eight years.
Since then he's outlined the government's priorities and been at the forefront of changes to the way the States are made up.
But there's also been criticism for the number of reviews, consultations and re-thinks he's decided upon.
Add in Brexit, and the ongoing public sector pay dispute - and he's clearly got a lot on his plate.
This interview was recorded before Senator Tracey Vallois announced her resignation from the States Employment Board, and from her role as Deputy Chief Minister.
So, how does the Chief Minister think his first half a year in the post has gone?
