Royals boss Paul Clement feels Gianluca Nani is a good addition to the backroom staff.

The Italian replaced Brian Tevreden at Reading FC as Sporting Director after the Dutchman left to join Belgian side KSV Roeselare.

"He's great, a really positive guy," Clement told 麻豆社 Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "He's going to be a great support to me, this football club, and the players of this football club.

"He comes with a lot of experience. He's experienced this level of football in his time at Watford."

And Clement also reserved praise for the outgoing Brian Tevreden.

"I enjoyed working with Brian... he's young and ambitious.

"He goes with everyone's best wishes."
