The last time we heard from Elliott Dorey was back in April - when the Jersey middle-distance runner had just finished last in his heat in the 1500 metres at the Commonwealth Games.

Sportscene's Sarah Bailey spoke to him straight afterwards, and it's fair to say he was gutted.
