Protecting the life of the King of Pop
From guarding one of pop music's biggest names, to saving the life of his own child - all in a day's work for my next guest.
Matt Fiddes runs martial arts classes across the country, including here in Reading, but before all that he spent over a decade protecting the life of Michael Jackson.
He told Sarah Walker what is was like spending time with the music legend.
Matt Fiddes, Michael Jackson's former bodyguard:
"It my sound crazy to the listeners, but like in Reading at Uri Geller's house we used to grab a curry, and then we took him to see an old pub in Sonning.
"That was the only time it really sank in that it wasn't normal, and I had to try and explain to my friends where I'd been all weekend.
"He was the lonliest and saddest man I've ever met in my life...he always striven to beat his album Thriller."
