Masooma Anwar - Part 1

The singer-songwriter and musician is a paediatric doctor by day, but she rose to prominence following her covers of folk-songs.

With inspiration from the likes of Bade Ghulam Ali Khan and Reshma Masooma received critical acclaim for her debut album Dhola, which released in 2008, she was still studying at the time!

After completing her medical degree in 2011 she released three more albums including Kamli, which garnered her a 鈥淏est Emerging Talent鈥 nomination at the 15th Lux Style Awards.
