What goes into making banners for the Suffrage Processions?
On Sunday women in Edinburgh, London, Belfast and Cardiff will take part in a mass participation artwork 'Processions' to celebrate 100 years since some women won the right to vote. 100-women artists have been commissioned by the organisers, 14-18 Now and Artichoke, to create 100-centenary banners. Made in Roath is an arts festival tasked with creating one of the Welsh ones. Tamsin Smith went to Cardiff to meet the artist and the women involved.
