Chelsea Flower Show 2018: Ainsley Harriett on the "start of summer"
Sarah Walker took her programme to the Chelsea Flower Show 2018, enjoying the sights, sounds and senses of the world's biggest flower show.
While there she caught up with plenty of famous faces, including celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott.
The pair chatted gardening, and what he'd have cooked if he'd been at the royal wedding.
Ainsley Harriott, Celebrity Chef:
"What brings me to Chelsea is that my Mum used to be a member of the Horticultural Society many moons ago, and it's still very much reflective in my garden at home.
"Chelsea for me signals the start of summer. The actual work that goes into this, this is a whole year's of work that has gone into this...just look at the colours.
"I do have lots of lovely herbs in my garden, the reality is that I just love a bit of green, but I do also love a bit of colour. You look at pictures of food, and it's all over the place on the plate."
