Why do women of colour end up doing the office housework?
Office housework is the workplace equivalent of buying the loo roll and bin bags in a student house-share: Closing the door of a conference room so a meeting can begin, making the tea and coffee, ordering lunch to be delivered and taking notes. Research in the United States suggests that women, and particularly women of colour, are more likely to do office housework than men. Melanie Eusebe, a management consultant and Bolu Babalola, a freelance writer join Jenni to discuss if there is a similar culture in the UK.
