Alice Liveing: How can we be more active at work?
Personal trainer Alice Liveing visited an unusual office where workers are encouraged to play ping pong, use punch bags and cycle around their desks as a way of beating the sedentary lifestyle.
The author of the 'Clean Eating Alice' cookbooks said she was "incredibly interested" to find a way for office workers to stand up and move around during their work day.
Public Health England guidance says workers should stand up for at least two hours a day in the office.
Dr Nick Knight explained the dangers of sitting down all day.
"Sitting all day increases our risk of conditions like cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes," he said.
