'...I like to think I'm good at playing it cool...' - Sam Dawkins on his build-up to the Commonwealth Games
You have to go all the way back to 1994 for the last time that Jersey had a track athlete at the Commonwealth Games.
But next month, that will change - when the island has not just one but TWO of them competing on the Gold Coast. Elliott Dorey will run in the 1,500 metres - while Sam Dawkins will compete in the 400 metres.
Our Sports Producer Jack Murley has been to meet Sam at FB Fields to find out more about how he got involved in the sport.
