'2016 was a childhood dream ... but you do think, what now?' - weightlifter Sonny Webster is in Jersey to talk cross-fit
It's no exaggeration to call him one of the strongest men in the British Isles - and this weekend, weightlifter Sonny Webster was in Jersey to give some tips to some of our local athletes.
The 23 year-old competed at his first Olympics in Rio two years ago - and admits he was at a bit of a crossroads about what to do after that ... until he gave the sport of cross-fit a try.
He's been speaking to 麻豆社 Radio Jersey's Connor Burgher.
