Mary Anne Hobbs is joined by Cian Ciarán of the Super Furry Animals, to talk about his journey from psych-pop to classical music
Cian Ciarán has spent the last twenty years working on an orchestral odyssey into Welsh folklore called 'Rhys A Meinir'.
The piece tells a Welsh folk tale of love and loss through a series of twenty three orchestral movements, and was first performed with the 90-piece National Orchestra of Wales in 2016.
