"Inhumane", "disgusting" & "disgraceful" - New bench design to discourage rough sleepers in Bournemouth
There's anger after metal bars were put on benches in Bournemouth to stop rough sleepers lying on them.
The council says its in response to complaints from residents and traders.
The photo of the bench was taken by Stewart Semple, an artist from Bournemouth who has been involved in international art projects aimed at creating happier public spaces
