'There would be no longterm ventilation care without my son' - Victoria Townsend on the day of her son's funeral
WIlliam Townsend suffered severe brain damage at three weeks old. He passed away in January 2018 after 17 years of being kept alive on a ventilator. His mum founded the charity Breathe On to help other children like William.
