Chantal Joffe was selected as one of the artists whose work will decorate the Crossrail platforms. The 麻豆社's Vincent Dowd talks to Chantal about how she went about the commission for Europe's biggest civil engineering project in London UK. The 20 billion dollar project started in 2009 and opens later this year.
