Twenty years ago, you'd have struggled to find anyone who knew much about Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

But the martial art has grown massively over the past two decades - including here in Jersey. In fact, one club in St Helier has been making waves on the international scene, winning medals in tournaments as far afield as Paris and Abu Dhabi.
