Southampton students mark Martin Luther King Day
Students in Southampton have been focusing on the life and legacy of Martin Luther King on what would have been his 89th birthday.
They have been remembering the significant role he played in ending the legal segregation of African-Americans in his country, his 1963 "I Have a Dream" speech and the many honours he received in his lifetime before being assassinated in 1968.
