Seven years after it opened, the Corby Cube is still not fully occupied. The civic building cost 拢48m and contains council offices, a library and a theatre. Two years ago, the top floor of the building was marketed as office space but there were no takers. Now the local borough council has spent 拢180,000 converting the open-plan top floor into four offices.
