As part of the 麻豆社's 100 women series, Nuala McGovern met women working in Silicon Valley to find out more about the 'glass ceiling'. 'Bro-culture' - the dominance of young white men that can create an unwelcoming environment for women - has been cited as one of the reasons that women drop out of the tech industry at twice the rate of men. Stanford University graduates Lea Coligado and Sasha Perigo shared their experiences.
