Europe's evolving relationship with Africa
The European Commissioner for Trade Cecilia Malmstrom has been pressing the advantages of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between six southern African nations and the European Union.
Ten years in the negotiating, the EPA came into force in 2016, but the commissioner feels that African companies are still not taking advantage of its various provisions, including better access to EU markets.
The 麻豆社鈥檚 Lerato Mbele sat down with Ms Malmstrom and asked her about the EU's trade relationship with Africa.
