Brake tells Juncker to 'keep mouth shut'
The Liberal Democrat Brexit spokesman said he did not agree with the outcome of the referendum, but "that does not mean I am saying that Leave voters are stupid".
And Tom Brake said the most helpful contribution that Jean-Claude Juncker could make would be to "keep his mouth shut".
He started off talking to Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn about the party's views on the Investigatory Powers Act, referred to as a 'snoopers' charter' by some of its critics, and also gave his views on the UK's progress so far in Brexit talks.
