Civil war waste fuels Angolan steel mill
On the outskirts of Luanda, a consortium of foreign investors have teamed up with the World Bank to build Angola鈥檚 first ever steel mill. It is an interesting story that involves a baker-turned-construction-mogul, who encouraged the government to do something valuable with all the metal waste from the civil war that ended in 2002.
