Are people living a vegan lifestyle for the wrong reasons?
After Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said he was considering turning vegan, 麻豆社 Radio Berkshire's Paul Coia spoke to Reading based Nutritionist Christine Bailey, author of "Go Lean, Vegan."
Christine Bailey. Nutritionist:
"I think there is a concern from Instagram and bloggers, and people have found a diet suitable for them, has put it over the internet and everyone says this for me... but everyone is unique.
"It has been fueled a lot by social media - and it may not have the nutritional science behind it. Before you dive in you need to get the facts you need.
"More people are saying two or three days a week I'm going to have more plant based meals, and that's a far more healthy approach.
