They sent their music into us, here at Â鶹Éç Hereford & Worcester, and we loved it so much we played it on the radio and passed it onto Â鶹Éç Radio 1.

Just a couple of weeks later, their track , gaining support from the likes of Greg James, Alice Levine, Clara Amfo, Dev and Scott Mills, which got them to #4 on Spotify's Most Viral in the UK.

They formed as part of a college course and are influenced by The 1975 and Bob Marley.

We bumped into Tim Abbott backstage at the Eastnor Castle Deer Park during Lakefest and chatted to him about Oasis, Primal Scream and Fatboy Slim.

Many people in Herefordshire know the founder, Alan McGee, now lives in Hay-on-Wye.

The Bromyard Folk Festival is based on Broad Bridge Farm, as well as other venues across the town.

Organisers say it's one of the fastest growing festivals in the UK and Â鶹Éç Hereford & Worcester had a tent at the festival for the three days, showcasing local talent from across the area.Ìý

Before his death, following a long illness, he finally completed the solo album he'd been promising to deliver to his legion of fans for the past decade.

'He's Real Gone' was originally called 'She's Real Gone', after track 1, but decided it would be funnier to release the work posthumously and to rename the album.
Ìý
All songs, apart from the final track, were recorded in Herefordshire. That song is Overend's original demo of the song Born Late 58 which he sang on Mott The Hoople's final album in 1974.

This annual event Ìýwas first staged in 2008 by Chris Bennion, who makes Worcestershire Sauce.

He set up a website called NotJustSauce - aiming to put Worcester on the map musically.

It's been dubbed as Britain's version of SXSW in Texas!

Taking place in around multiple venues across the city, from pubs, clubs, restaurants and cafes to historic buildings, river cruisers, record shops, on the streets and even in breweries, the festival is absolutely free to attend with hundreds of gigs to choose from.
