A Bedfordshire woman is planning to return to her native Pakistan to visit the grave of her best friend for the first time since her death 15 years ago.

Shahida was just 9 years old when her best friend was murdered in an honour killing.

She was left traumatised, but has recently decided that the only way to overcome the experience is to talk about it and to visit the grave.

Yasmeen Khan spoke to Shahida and asked her about her experience.
