Justin Rowlatt looks at what we can do to manage our fight-or-flight response in order to avoid panic. Interviewees include Travis Yates, a seasoned police officer who trains colleagues in how to handle the "adrenaline dump", violinist Emma Rushworth and her performance coach Charlotte Tomlinson, and endocrinologist Maralyn Druce of Barts Hospital.
