A woman who lost her son in the Hillsborough disaster in 1989 has welcomed the news that six men are to be prosecuted over their actions on the day that killed dozens of Liverpool fans. David Duckenfield is accused of manslaughter by gross negligence. 96 Liverpool fans died as a result of a crush at the Sheffield ground.
