Scientists have found that people who sew clothes for a living have superior depth perception, thanks to their stereoscopic vision or 3D view of the world. Adrien Chopin, a vision scientist at the University of California, Berkeley, says that understanding how they acquired this skill could help with therapies for those who only see in two dimensions.
