Domestic abuse survivor: Shot and strangled by ex-husband
Rachel Williams was in an abusive relationship for 18 years and shot by her estranged husband.
"I was tragically let down by a lot of the services and I know that some organisations are not learning from the lessons, because they're not listening to the victims and survivors feedback," said Rachel.
"Hopefully that's what I'm going to do, is raise the voices for those people to be heard."
On average, every week two women are killed by a current of former partner in England and Wales according the Office for National Statistics.
She now campaigns for a change in domestic abuse laws.
