A human rights lawyer has said we can only reduce human suffering, and gain justice, by understanding the mechanisms of our personality.
Dexter Dias QC has identified 10 different personality traits in his book, The Ten Types of Human, to ask why human beings hurt other humans.
He talked to Nick Robinson about his findings.
