English Democrats 'not diminishing'
None of the "established parties" have a manifesto for England, but they have policies for Scotland and Wales, says the leader of the English Democrats.
He said the party's decision to field seven election candidates in 2017, down from 35 in 2015, was due to the timing of the poll, as he explained party policies to Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn, before Conservative candidate Kwasi Kwarteng joined in the debate on English policies.
