Saracens and England lock Maro Itoje talks candidly with Rugby Union Weekly's Ugo Monye and Chris Jones about his life and career.

On his hero, Muhammad Ali, Maro said: "He wasn't afraid of speaking out when others were. he did that throughout his life."

He also talks about role models, his faith and unusual family dinners.

"We have food you wouldn't expect at Christmas, trays of Salmon and Chinese pancakes."
