Fancy running an assault course and getting chased by zombies? No we haven鈥檛 made this up, it's a new fitness craze that is catching on around the world.

People can choose between dressing up as a zombie and scaring people along the course or being a runner trying to avoid being 鈥渃aught鈥�.

麻豆社 Minute spoke to a couple who have taken part in one of these fitness events.
