Families of missing people are calling for a change in the law so that they can take charge of their loved one's affairs while they are missing.
Victoria Derbyshire spoke to Peter Lawrence, the father of Claudia Lawrence who went missing in 2009, and Susannah Drury from the charity Missing People.
